The subscriber has the right to cancel the subscription within five days from the start date of the subscription. If the subscription period exceeds five days, the subscriber has no right to cancel the subscription.
Cancellation procedures: The subscriber must inform us of his desire to cancel at least 48 hours in advance. If he refuses to receive meals, those meals will be considered deducted from the subscription value.
Cancellation fees: The value of the meals received will be deducted, in addition to: 10% of the package value
The cancellation clause applies to packages containing 20 days or more. Weekly or daily packages are non-refundable. During promotion periods, there is no possibility to cancel the subscription
The remaining amount will be returned after 14 working days to the same account.
Payment methods: Payment by Visa, MasterCard, Tamara, Tabby, or any payment method that the company deems useless. The subscription will not be cancelled.

Not being on site: If the subscriber is not present at the designated delivery location and does not respond to the driver’s call within a period not exceeding 15 minutes, he will leave the delivery location and is not entitled to claim compensation if it is not received.
