Seller Responsibilities:

b. Sellers must fulfill orders promptly and ensure that products are delivered in the specified timeframe.

c. Sellers are responsible for the quality, condition, and authenticity of the products they list on NewAna.

d. Sellers should promptly address any buyer inquiries, complaints, or issues related to their products or services.

 

Prohibited Activities:

a. Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities on NewAna.

b. Users must not violate any intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademarks, or patents.

c. Users must not harass, threaten, or harm other users or interfere with the proper functioning of the platform.

Intellectual Property:

a. NewAna and its content, including logos, graphics, text, and software, are protected by intellectual property laws.
