In the event that the customer is unable to receive on any day, the company must be notified 24 hours before the date of receipt, and that delivery will be made on that day within the subscription period
We are committed to delivering daily meals to the delivery point in the morning from 10 am to 5 pm, except for Friday.
We deliver to the customer in one location and place, and the customer is not allowed to change the location after signing the agreement and specifying the customer’s location with the delivery representative.
In the event that the customer does not respond
to the delivery representative, the delivery representative has the right to
prove his presence at the location and return the order to the branch, and the
customer in turn receives it from the branch. In the event that the customer
does not receive it from the branch on the same day, the meals are considered
deducted from the days of his subscription
