You can subscribe to one of our distinguished packages throughout the day. We are happy to serve you and receive your subscriptions through the branches or 24 hours a day through the online store.

In the event that the customer is unable to receive on any day, the company must be notified 24 hours before the date of receipt, and that delivery will be made on that day within the subscription period.

The customer has no right to cancel the subscription, modify it, change the package, or terminate the contract after 24 hours of subscription.

The customer is not entitled to divide the meals of one day over several days or save them as a balance.

We are committed to delivering daily meals to the delivery point in the morning from 10 am to 5 pm, except for Friday.

We deliver to the customer in one location and place, and the customer is not allowed to change the location after signing the agreement and specifying the customer’s location with the delivery representative.

In the event that the customer does not respond to the delivery representative, the delivery representative has the right to prove his presence at the location and return the order to the branch, and the customer in turn receives it from the branch. In the event that the customer does not receive it from the branch on the same day, the meals are considered deducted from the days of his subscription
