Morning period: from 07:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Evening period: from 12:00 noon to 09:00 pm.

Note: Meals are delivered according to the day specified on the platform, and delivery is from Saturday to Thursday.

Friday is off.

Not being on site

If the subscriber is not present at the designated delivery location and does not respond to the driver’s call within a period not exceeding 15 minutes, he will leave the delivery location and is not entitled to claim compensation if it is not received. If the subscriber informs the delivery representative to leave the meals at the delivery location, Palmira Diet is not responsible for compensating this customer in the event of damage or loss.
