Introduction to the Terms of Use:
Our online store welcomes you and informs you that you will find below the terms and conditions governing your use of this store and all legal consequences arising from your use of the store's services via the internet through this electronic platform. The use of the store by any person, whether as a consumer of the store's service or product or otherwise, constitutes their agreement and acceptance, and they are fully competent in accordance with Sharia, regulations, and law for all the provisions and terms of this agreement. This is a confirmation of your commitment to its systems and what is mentioned therein. This agreement applies to all types of transactions between the consumer and the merchant. This agreement is considered effective and enforceable as soon as you agree to it and begin registering with the store in accordance with Article 10 of the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law.
Article One - Introduction and Definitions:
The preamble above is considered an integral part of this agreement, and below you will find the meanings and definitions of the key terms used in this agreement:
1- (The Store) This definition includes all forms of the store on the World Wide Web, whether it is an electronic application, a website on the World Wide Web, or a physical store.
2- (Consumer) The person who engages in e-commerce with the desire to obtain the products or services provided by the store through its electronic platform.
3- (The Agreement) This term refers to the terms and conditions of this agreement, which govern and regulate the relationship between the parties to this agreement.
Article Two - Legal Capacity of the Consumer:
1- The consumer acknowledges that they have legal capacity recognized by Sharia and regulations to deal with the store, or that they are at least eighteen years old.
2- The consumer agrees that in the event of violating this provision, they will bear the consequences of this violation before others.
Article Three - Nature of the Obligation:
1- The store's obligation towards consumers is to provide (the service or product).
2- The store may provide other services such as after-sales services or other related services, depending on the nature and type of (service or product) requested by the consumer.

  Article Four - Usage Regulations:
1- The consumer is obligated to use the store's electronic platform in accordance with public morals and the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2- The consumer is obligated, when purchasing a service or product from this store, not to use this service or product in a manner that violates public morals and the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Article Five - Accounts and Registration Obligations:
Upon applying for membership in this store as a user, you are obliged to disclose specific information and choose a username and a secret password to be used when accessing the store's services. And thus you have agreed to:
1- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, and you agree to inform this store immediately of any unauthorized use of your account information with the store or any other breach of your confidential information.
2- The store shall not be liable in any way for any loss that may occur to you, directly or indirectly, morally or materially, as a result of the disclosure of consumer name information or password.
3- You are obligated to use your account or membership at the store yourself, as you are fully responsible for it. If someone else uses it, this is evidence that you have authorized them to use the store in your name and for your account.
4- You commit to using the store with seriousness and credibility.
5- You commit to disclosing true, accurate, updated, complete, and legal information about yourself as required during registration with the store, and you commit to updating your information in case of any changes in reality or when necessary.
6- Our store is committed to handling your personal information and contact details with complete confidentiality.
7- If it is determined by the store that you have disclosed false, incorrect, outdated, incomplete, illegal information, or information that violates the terms of the user agreement, the store has the right to suspend, freeze, or cancel your membership, store, and account on the platform, without harming the store's other rights and legitimate means to recover its rights and protect other consumers.
8- In the event of non-compliance with any of the above, the store management has the right to suspend or cancel your store or membership, or block you from accessing the store's services again.
Article Six - Electronic Communications and Official Communication Channels:
1- The parties to this agreement agree that communication will be conducted via the email registered on the platform.
2- The consumer agrees that all agreements, announcements, statements, and other communications provided electronically shall serve as substitutes for their written counterparts, and they shall stand as independent evidence in meeting regulatory and legal requirements.
3- The consumer agrees to the possibility of being contacted and notified of any provisions related to this agreement or their dealings through the store management broadcasting general messages that reach all consumers or specific users of the store.

  Article Seven - Amendments to the Terms of Use and Fees:
1- In the event of the cancellation of any clause or provision contained in this agreement, or if there is any clause or provision contained in this agreement that is no longer valid, such an occurrence does not invalidate the validity of the remaining clauses, provisions, rules, and regulations contained in this agreement, which remain in effect until further notice from the store management.
2- This agreement - which is amended from time to time as necessary - constitutes the mechanism for work, understanding, and agreement between the (consumer) and the (store).
3- The store may impose fees on some consumers depending on the offers, products, or services they request, or what the state imposes in terms of fees or taxes on the nature of the product or service.
4- The store reserves the right to add, increase, decrease, or discount any fees or expenses under the terms and conditions of the User Agreement, for any of the consumers regardless of the reason for their registration.
Article Eight – Payment and Settlement Services for Stores in the Store
1- The store, through its partners, provides an in-store payment and settlement system, which can be done entirely online through the payment options available on the store or through any payment method the store offers from time to time.
2- The store is committed to setting the price of the service or product it offers in its store according to the recognized market value.
3- The store is obligated to provide invoices, receipts, and acknowledgment receipts for all amounts and profits generated in its store, and it is obligated to give the consumer a purchase invoice for a service or product.
4- The store is obligated to provide the recognized accounting specifications in its online store, in accordance with the provisions of this agreement, and due to the legal, economic, commercial, and regulatory interests involved in this regulation.
Article Nine – Intellectual Property:
1- The intellectual property rights of the store are fully owned by the store, whether they were owned by them before the establishment of this electronic platform or after its establishment.
2- The consumer respects the intellectual property rights of the store, which include the store's name itself, words, logos, and other symbols specific to the store or displayed on it, as every right associated with the store's name is fully owned intellectual property of the store.
Article Ten - Store Responsibility:
1- The store is obligated to conduct its commercial activities through this electronic platform in a regular manner and in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.
2- The store is not liable for any claims arising from errors or negligence, whether directly or indirectly, incidentally, by the consumer, or by a third party such as shipping companies.
3- (Store Name) and its employees, owners, and representatives are committed to ensuring that (product or service) is sound, legitimate, and authorized according to the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is used for legitimate purposes.
Article Eleven - Restriction of Access or Membership:
The store can suspend or cancel the consumer's membership or restrict the consumer's access to the platform's services at any time and without notice and for any reason, without limitation.

  Article Twelve - Governing Law:
This Terms of Use Agreement is governed and formulated in accordance with the applicable and in-force laws, regulations, and legislations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is fully and entirely subject to the regulations in force with the authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Article Thirteen - General Provisions:
In the event of the cancellation of any provision or clause contained in this Terms of Use agreement, or if any provision or clause contained in the Terms of Use agreement is no longer in effect, such an occurrence does not invalidate the validity of the remaining provisions, clauses, and terms contained in the Terms of Use agreement, and they remain in effect until further notice from the store management.
This Terms of Use agreement - which may be amended from time to time as necessary - constitutes the Terms of Use and the mechanism of operation, understanding, agreement, and contracting between the store and the consumer. Both parties to this agreement also agree to take into consideration the following:
1- The Arabic language is the language used when interpreting the provisions of this agreement, or when translating it into another language.
2- All prices displayed on the store's services or products may be adjusted from time to time.
3- The promotional or marketing offers that the store may provide are temporary offers, and the store has the right to modify or discontinue these promotional or marketing offers at any time.
4- The parties to this agreement are obligated to interact with each other in a manner that does not violate the applicable Sharia rules, regulations, and laws related to the nature of the relationship between the store and the consumer.
5- This user agreement shall not be canceled except by a decision issued by the store management.
