Suggested use
The individual response varies. Be sure to achieve a sense of comfort at each stage before increasing the dose. Hydroxycut Hardcore Elite Hydroxycut is an ultra-thermal formula, so be sure to start with one capsule, once daily.

Take each dose 30 to 60 minutes before your biggest meals of the day (for example, breakfast and lunch). Do not exceed 4 capsules within 24 hours.
