Shipping Policy:

Shipping is within the specified period for each product to the areas covered by the newana platform and indicated during the purchase of the product

The buyer must specify his address accurately (city - street - building and house number - famous landmark if possible) during registration on the platform

If you purchase several products from one store, a one-time shipping fee will be charged only, or if you purchase products from several different stores, shipping fees will be charged for the number of these stores.

The delivery driver will call the phone number listed at your address before attempting delivery. Someone must be available to receive the package. We will make three delivery attempts on consecutive days. If the third delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to the store for a refund.
