Shipping Policy:

Shipping is within the specified period for each product to the areas covered by the newana platform and indicated during the purchase of the product

The buyer must specify his address accurately (city - street - building and house number - famous landmark if possible) during registration on the platform

The buyer must enter a clear and correct mobile number

If you purchase several products from one store, a one-time shipping fee will be charged only, or if you purchase products from several different stores, shipping fees will be charged for the number of these stores.

The delivery driver will call the phone number listed at your address before attempting delivery. Someone must be available to receive the package. We will make three delivery attempts on consecutive days. If the third delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to the store for a refund. You will receive a refund if the order has already been paid for

Refund Policy:

Return process

    After the courier picks-up your item, it can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return

    We will issue the refund, then it may take 5 to 7 business days to show on your payment card statement

    Items marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned. However, in an unlikely event a damaged, defective or wrong item is delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or replacement, if available. We may contact you to ascertain the damage/defect in the product prior to issuing the refund/replacement, as applicable. We reserve the right to request further information, or collect or inspect the product to ascertain the damage/defect in the product prior to issuing the refund/replacement

Some items may be eligible for replacement only. If the exact same product is not in stock, we will issue a refund

In the event customers are found to misuse the return policy by excessively returning, or returning items which are not in original condition or by cancelling or not accepting the orders placed, newana reserves the right to warn, restrict, suspend, block and/or terminate such customer accounts, as necessary

We will not accept return of any item which is wrongfully sent to us or items which are different than what was delivered to you. This includes items which were not originally purchased from newana. In the event we receive such items, we are unable to return or provide a refund or other concession in respect of such items and such action may result in restrictions on your newana account, including limiting your ability to return items in future, order cancellation and/or newana account closure
