Shipping Policy:

Shipping is within the specified period for each product to the areas covered by the newana platform and indicated during the purchase of the product

The buyer must specify his address accurately (city - street - building and house number - famous landmark if possible) during registration on the platform

If you purchase several products from one store, a one-time shipping fee will be charged only, or if you purchase products from several different stores, shipping fees will be charged for the number of these stores.

The delivery driver will call the phone number listed at your address before attempting delivery. Someone must be available to receive the package. We will make three delivery attempts on consecutive days. If the third delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to the store for a refund. You will receive a refund if the order has already been paid for

Refund Policy:

Items shipped from newana.me can be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment in most cases through the communicate with the platform administrators, whether by phone or by email

Returns will be processed only if

The product was not damaged while in your possession

The product is not different from what was shipped to you

The product is returned in the same condition as when it was received (sealed/unopened, with the original brand /manufacturer box or packaging)

Return process

After the courier picks-up your item, it can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return

We will issue the refund, then it may take 5 to 7 business days to show on your payment card statement

Items marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned. However, in an unlikely event a damaged, defective or wrong item is delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or replacement, if available. We may contact you to ascertain the damage/defect in the product prior to issuing the refund/replacement, as applicable.
